Amrapali Builder Group Dispute: Bank to discuss raising funds for Amrapali Builder Group‘s unfinished project: Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has asked the Indian Banks Association (IBA) and other banks to hold a meeting.

With Receiver and Advocate R. Venkatramani to raise questions on the funding of incomplete projects of Amrapali Real Estate of Noida and Greater Noida.

Receiver Venkataramani told the bench headed by Justice Uday Umesh Lalit that the talks were not going ahead and the Supreme Court should intervene in the case.

BOB, BOM, HDFC , Axis Bank, SBI, PNB, IOB on Monday assured the SC that the concerned representatives would look into the matter so that the deliberations on the issue would be discussed

ML Lahoti, a lawyer for several home buyers, expressed his disappointment before the Supreme Court against MSTC (Metal & Scrap Trading Company).

Since his appointment in October 2019, property worth seven crores was auctioned.

Lahoti argued before the Supreme Court that all assets amounted to more than three thousand crore rupees. The Supreme Court will now hold the next hearing of the case on January 11.

The list to register 1282 buyers was also sent to the authority office. Not only this, the process of completing the papers under the TRAI agreement was started at the Registration Office.

In fact, the authority group housing department OSD Rajesh Kumar had told that the court receiver had sent the list of 1282 flats buyers to the authority office and asked to start the work of regularizing the registry.

The group housing team was posted at the Registration Office. Those who were supporting the completion of buyers’ papers under the Tri-Agreement.

The society’s secretary Abhishek Mishra had said that the society had to have a registry of more than 1300 people. The flat buyers were completing their papers.
