The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court on Tuesday allowed bail to Uttar Pradesh Congress party chief Ajay Kumar Lallu, who had been captured by Hazratganj Police on charges of extortion and imitation in the rundown of 1,000 buses submitted to the Yogi Adityanath government for shipping transient workers. Lallu was denied bail by the high court last Friday, as it requested that the case journal be introduced before it on June 16.

The UP Congress leaders had held a few fights requesting the arrival of Lallu, who had been captured on June 3. The AICC general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra had likewise composed a letter for a Hindi day by day in such manner, commending the UP Congress chief.

According to a UP government representative, 79 out of the 1,000 vehicles were unfit while the fitness and protection types of 279 vehicles were terminated. He further claimed that there were 100 vehicles whose numbers were enrolled for the sake of the rescue vehicle, three-wheelers, auto-carts, trucks, and different vehicles while there were no records found of 70 different buses.
