Alert pilots make emergency landing after a fire alarm, Air India Express gave information: Kerala.

An emergency landing of an Air India Express flight was made at Kozhikode in Kerala on Friday. In fact, the flight pilots were alerted to the fire alarm in the cargo compartment and made a flight landing with 17 passengers.

The flight was scheduled for Calicut-Kuwait. This information was given by the spokesperson of Air India Express. The people aboard the ship have not suffered any injuries nor have the aircraft been damaged.

The pilots detected a fire alarm from Cargo Bay and decided to make an emergency landing at Kozhikode International Airport in Kerala.

Let me tell you that last year, an Air India Express plane slipped into a ditch while landing at Karipur Airport in Kozhikode, Kerala. The flight coming from Dubai had 190 passengers, including pilots and crew members.

Last month, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said, “During the heavy rains, the plane crashed into two parts after falling into a 35 feet deep ditch in the accident and 149 people were admitted to hospitals the next day of the accident.”

A five-member committee was announced by the Air Accident Investigation Board to investigate the Kozhikode plane crash. The board had said that the committee would submit its report in five months.

Explain that the compensation was announced by the Central Government, Kerala Government, and Air India Express on the very next day of the accident on August 7.

The airlines had said that for providing immediate relief, Rs 10 lakh would be given to the families of the deceased aged 12 years and above.

Rs 5 lakh to the next of kin of the deceased under the age of 12, and 2 lakh rupees for the seriously injured as interim compensation.

Apart from this, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the families of the passengers who died in the accident.
