Ajit Doval Reappointed as NSA: The Modi government has extended Ajit Doval’s tenure as National Security Advisor and reappointed PK Mishra as Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister.
Both officers will serve with the tenure of the Prime Minister or till further orders.
Ajit Doval will remain in the post of NSA, Modi government extended the tenure of another officer.
The central government has again appointed former IPS officer Ajit Doval as the National Security Advisor (NSA).
According to an official order, his appointment will be with the tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi or till further orders.

At the same time, PK Mishra has been appointed as the Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet.
PK Mishra’s appointment will be with the tenure of the Prime Minister or till further orders. According to the news agency, he will be given the status of a cabinet minister in the seniority table.
Doval becomes NSA for the third time
It is known that Dr. PK Mishra will handle administrative matters in the Prime Minister’s Office, while Doval will oversee national security, military affairs, and intelligence matters.
Doval, a 1968 batch IPS officer, has been appointed as the National Security Advisor of the country for the third consecutive time.
He is known as a well-known expert in anti-terrorism matters and for his expertise on nuclear issues.
PK Mishra has been with the Prime Minister for the last decade.
On the other hand, PK Mishra is a retired officer of the 1972 batch.
He has been with Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the last decade. Both officers are considered to be the closest and most trusted of Prime Minister Modi.

Both China and Pakistan (China Pakistan) constantly conspire against India. In the latest case, both the enemy countries have once again raised the Kashmir issue.
China and Pakistan had recently opposed any unilateral action for the resolution of Kashmir.
China had reiterated that the Jammu and Kashmir dispute should be resolved fairly and peacefully under the United Nations Charter, relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions, and bilateral agreements.
