Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary Said – Congress Will Support Mamata

Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary of Congress said – Congress will support Mamata if the majority does not come: West Bengal Elections 2021.

In Bengal, the Congress is not in a mood to ally with the Trinamool Congress. This is because when the President of Bengal Congress, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary, was asked if you will support Mamata Banerjee if TMCl does not get a majority in the assembly elections.

On this, he said that it would not be appropriate to answer this hypothetical question right now. Because our eyes are on Nawann (Chief Minister’s Office) and we are moving in that direction.

Adhir said that we do not know where Mamata Banerjee will go if she loses. Because politics is the art of possibilities. Let us tell that in Bengal, the Congress, the Left Front, and the Indian Secular Front (ISF) are contesting the elections together.

Voting for the three phases in the Bengal Assembly elections has ended and voting for the fourth phase is going on on Saturday. However, not a single big Congress leader has come to campaign in Bengal till now.

The news is coming that former Congress president Rahul Gandhi may come to Bengal for campaigning in the fifth phase.

On April 6, the assembly elections in the remaining four states, except Bengal, have ended. On April 10, the fourth phase of voting for the 44 assembly seats of Bengal is held.

State Congress leaders have learned that Rahul Gandhi will start campaigning in Bengal from the fifth phase. Their first gathering may be in Malda and Murshidabad or Siliguri.

Rahul Gandhi had so far campaigned in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Assam, but Bengal did not come even once. Neither Priyanka Gandhi nor other top Congress leaders reached Bengal for campaigning.

State Congress President Adhir Chaudhary is campaigning in association with leaders of the Left Front and the Indian Secular Front.

In fact, there are many political compulsions on which Rahul has been avoiding the tour of Bengal to avoid questions arising.

While the Congress is contesting elections in Bengal along with the Left parties and on the other hand, it is the main opponent in Kerala.

In such a situation, he has so far avoided campaigning in Bengal to avoid double-compulsion penalties.

On the other hand, be aware that under the assembly elections in Bengal, the fourth phase of voting is going on from this morning. Votes are being cast in 44 assembly seats in Bengal under the fourth phase.

Polling has started at 7 am. In these 44 seats, 370 candidates are trying their luck, including actors-actresses, MPs, and cricketers.

Polling is being held in Cooch Behar, Alipurduar, South 24 Parganas, Howrah, and Hooghly districts of Bengal today.
