ACB raid on AAP MLA and Delhi Waqf Board chairman Khan, weapon found at business partner’s house.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) raided the premises of AAP MLA and Delhi Waqf Board President Amanatullah Khan on Friday.

During this, the team is facing opposition in some places. Police have called in additional forces to control the situation. ACB has found arms cartridges and Rs 12 lakh cash during this raid.

On the other hand, Khan tweeted about the ACB raid- ‘I was called to ACB office for questioning and sent to Delhi Police to harass my family members from behind.

According to the information, ACB raided 4 places of MLA Amanatullah Khan from Okhla Assembly of Delhi.

The investigation team found arms and cartridges during the raid at the house of Amanatullah’s business partner Hamid Ali.

ACB raid on AAP MLA: During this, the investigation team also got Rs 12 lakh in cash.

Let us inform you, that Amanatullah Khan has been accused of financial disturbances in the bank accounts of the Waqf Board, and the creation of tenancy in the properties of the Waqf Board.

Also, corruption in the purchase of vehicles, and the illegal appointment of 33 people in Delhi Waqf Board are in violation of service rules.

In this regard, the ACB registered a case in January 2020 under various provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Indian Penal Code.

On Thursday, Delhi Police questioned actress Nora Fatehi in a money laundering case of Rs 200 crore related to thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
