About 12 crore vaccine doses will be available in June under the National Covid Vaccination Program, the Center informed.

In a way, where the state governments are constantly attacking the central government for the lack of corona vaccine, the government is clarifying every day about the availability of the vaccine.
Now it has been said by the central government that in June 2021 i.e. next month, about 12 crore vaccine doses will be available under the National Covid Vaccination Program.
The Ministry of Health has given information about this. More than 1.82 crore vaccines of corona still available with states/union territories.
Earlier, the Union Health Ministry said on Saturday that more than 1.82 crore vaccines of Corona are still available with the states and union territories and they will get more than 4 lakh doses in the next three days.
The Center said that more than 22.77 crore vaccine doses have been provided to states and union territories through free category and direct state procurement category.
With this, it was said on behalf of the Ministry that the total number of wasted and imposed dosages in them is 20,80,09,397.
Till Friday, 20.86 crores have been planted in the country.
Let us know that the third phase of vaccination in the country has started from the first of May. According to the ministry, states and union territories still have 1,82,21,403 crore doses available.
In the vaccination campaign against Coronavirus, a total of 20.86 crore doses have been given in the country till 7 pm on Friday.
On the 133rd day of the campaign, 2,80,7411 doses were given, including the first 25.25 lakh beneficiaries and the second dose to 2.07 lakh beneficiaries.

During the second wave of Corona infection, the highest number of deaths was recorded on May 19, with 4,529 deaths a day.
The number of active cases has gone up by 1,06,016 and currently, they are 21,10,334. The recovery rate from Corona is around 91 percent.
Death toll rises in Maharashtra.
Of the 3,450 people who died in the last 24 hours, Maharashtra had the highest number of 832.
After this, 492 people have died in Karnataka, 486 in Tamil Nadu, 198 in Kerala, 155 in Uttar Pradesh, 148 in Bengal, 125 in Punjab, 122 in Delhi, and 104 in Andhra Pradesh.
