A Thursday is releasing directly on the OTT platform: Yami Gautam’s suspense-thriller film will come directly on the OTT platform, ‘A Thursday’ teaser released on Wednesday.

Yami Gautam’s suspense-thriller film A Thursday is releasing directly on the OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar. The teaser of the film was released on Wednesday.

A glimpse of Yami’s character is shown in the teaser while reciting a rhyme. A Thursday is directed by Behzad Khambata and produced by Ronnie Screwvala.

The trailer of the film is going to come tomorrow i.e. on February 10, with which the release date will also be revealed.

The teaser gives a glimpse of a kindergarten school, where children can be heard singing Twinkle-Twinkle Little Star.

Then Yami takes entry repeating the same rhyme and there is a sound of firing. Before this Yami’s facial expressions become mysterious.

The story of the film has not been revealed yet, but it is believed to be a fast-paced thriller on the lines of A Wednesday and possibly a hostage drama revolving around Yani and the children.

Dimple Kapadia, Neha Dhupia, Atul Kulkarni, Maya Sarao, and Karanvir Sharma will be seen in important roles along with Yami in the film.

Yami Gautam’s previous film Bhoot Police was released on Disney Hotster only, in which she was in the lead role along with Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Yami tied the knot with director Aditya Dhar last year. Bhoot Police was his first release film after marriage. Yami’s last film to release in theaters is Bala, which was released in September 2019.

In 2020, his film Ginni Weds Sunny came on Netflix. In this film, Yami Gautam played the female role along with Vikrant Massey.

Apart from A Thursday, she will also be seen in Dusth, Lost, and Oh My God 2.

Yami made her Bollywood debut in 2012 with Shoojit Sircar’s film Vicky Donor, which was a success at the box office as well as critically acclaimed.

Before coming to films, Yami made her mark with some TV serials.
