In this case, Chandni Chowk City District Congress Committee has passed a resolution to take disciplinary action against Kapil Sibal, accusing him of doing anti-party activities.

Committee president Mirza Javed Ali said that Kapil Sibal is accusing the party of personal interest. Sibal may have forgotten that the party has given him the highest respect while in power.

He said that Sibal is a good advocate but the party which made him a mass leader is weakening the same mother party today.

Mirza Javed Ali requested Congress President Sonia Gandhi to take disciplinary action against Kapil Sibal with immediate effect.

Referring to the latest reports of Al Jazeera and Reports Collective, the Congress President said that the entire structured system of disinformation is being run in the name of news media.
